MIT Faculty of Architecture aims to achieve European norms and standards. Our tendency is, and results confirm this, for the Faculty to become a place where students want to acquire new knowledge. The number of enrolled students has been constantly increasing. The teaching staff has obtained its education at various foreign universities in: Serbia, Romania, Italy and Bulgaria. The teaching process also includes experienced visiting professors, as well as renowned and widely recognized experts with great experience in putting theory into practice in a certain domain (this refers to clinical classes).
At the Faculty of Architecture, we all strive to accomplish our mission, which is: providing teaching, scientific and applicative activities, studying both world architecture theory and practice and preserving and promoting traditional features and values of our building technics. We are open for all students, both for high-school leavers who continue their education process here, and for working professionals who have decided to upgrade their work experience by extending their knowledge and gaining new experiences.
We adjust our education offer to the needs of the economy and science by giving lectures in the field of construction physics, an area which is in line with global trends in energy saving and use of solar energy. Our mission is to educate staff who will be great working potential, able to work both in Macedonia and elsewhere around the world. Key words for our work are: professionalism, vision and a multidisciplinary approach in all processes and parts of the Faculty.
The Faculty of Architecture offers three-year undergraduate studies profiling staff that acquires the title of Bachelor of Engineering and Architecture.
